Hello Manor Woods Families,

We can't wait to celebrate another fantastic Manor Woods Swim & Dive season with everyone tomorrow!

First, thank you to everyone who stepped up to fill our remaining volunteer spots. We truly appreciate your willingness to help make this event a success.

Weather Update
We're keeping a close eye on the forecast. As of now, everything—including the Air Quality Index—looks good, with a sunny afternoon expected, so we are planning to hold the event as scheduled. If anything changes, we'll communicate updates as soon as possible.

Schedule

• 4:00–5:00 PM: Open swim
• 5:00 PM: Dinner
• 6:00 PM: Awards Program

Tent Setup
We'll have a reserved area under the team tents for our Seniors and their families. To help our setup crew move equipment and prepare the space, please wait until 4:00 PM to set up any personal tents. Thank you for helping us keep the setup process running smoothly.

World Cup Final
We've had several people ask about the match—we'll have a TV set up so those interested can watch the World Cup Final ahead of the awards portion of the event.
