Dive Team Coaches 2025
Coaches are happy to answer your questions but NOT DURING PRACTICE. Interruptions, even short ones, make it difficult to run an effective and safe practice. Coaches’ policies and decisions are based on experience in the sport and are made in close consultation with the team reps. As in all sports, coaches must make judgment decisions. The dive lists are solely up to the Head Coach’s discretion.

Head Dive Coach - Emily Reynolds
Meet Emily! Emily dove for 10 years and we are excited to welcome her back to Manor Woods for her sixth year of coaching. Her favorite thing about coaching is creating connections with each diver and helping them reach their diving goals! When she was a diver, Emily's favorite dive was a front flip full twist.

Assistant Coach - Blakely Pfaff
Meet Blakely! After 9 years diving and 4 years on the coaching staff, Blakely will be the Dive Team's Assistant Coach in 2025. Blakely's favorite thing about coaching is watching divers do a new dive for the first time and her favorite dive is front 1 1/2 pike!

Junior Coach - Rachel Singleton
Meet Rachel! Rachel has been diving for 9 years and this is her second year as a junior coach. The thing she is looking forward to the most about coaching is getting to know the new divers over the course of the season and her favorite dive is a reverse flip.

Junior Coach - Ella Anttila Dotson
Meet Ella! 2025 will be Ella's 8th year on the Manor Woods Swim and Dive Team and her second as junior dive coach. She is most looking forward to seeing new divers gain confidence as they progress throughout the season. Ella’s favorite dive on 1 meter is a front 1 1/2 with a full twist.
