Dive Team Coaches 2023

Coaches are happy to answer your questions but NOT DURING PRACTICE. Interruptions, even short ones, make it difficult to run an effective and safe practice. Coaches’ policies and decisions are based on experience in the sport and are made in close consultation with the team reps. As in all sports, coaches must make judgment decisions. The dive lists are solely up to the Head Coach’s discretion.

Head Dive Coach - Emily Reynolds
Meet Emily! She is currently a rising junior at East Carolina University. Emily dove for 10 years and this will be her 5th year coaching for Manor Woods.

Assistant Coach - Ariana Redman
Meet Ari! She is currently a rising junior at Penn State University. Ari dove for 3 years and this will be her 4th year coaching for Manor Woods.
Assistant Coach - Jacob Udovich
Meet Jacob! He is currently a rising sophomore at the University of Maryland College Park. Jacob has been diving for 12 years and this will be his 2nd year coaching for Manor Woods.
Junior Coach - Blakely Pfaff
Meet Blakely! She is currently a rising sophomore at Rockville High School. Blakely has been diving for 8 years and this will be her 2nd year coaching for Manor Woods.
