Dive Team Coaches 2024
Coaches are happy to answer your questions but NOT DURING PRACTICE. Interruptions, even short ones, make it difficult to run an effective and safe practice. Coaches’ policies and decisions are based on experience in the sport and are made in close consultation with the team reps. As in all sports, coaches must make judgment decisions. The dive lists are solely up to the Head Coach’s discretion.

Head Coach - Blakely Pfaff
Meet Blakely! After 9 years diving and 3 years on the coaching staff, Blakely is stepping up as Head Coach in 2024. Blakely's favorite thing about coaching is watching divers do a new dive for the first time and her favorite dive is front 1 1/2 pike!

Assistant Coach - Aidan Wang
Meet Aidan! Aidan has been diving for 9 years, including for his college team in the 2023-2024 season. He will join the Manor Woods dive coaches for the first time towards the end of June. His favorite thing about coaching is helping divers get better and meet their goals and his favorite dive on 1 meter is inward 2 1/2 tuck!

Junior Coach - Rachel Singleton
Meet Rachel! Rachel has been diving for 8 years and this is her first year as a junior coach. The thing she is looking forward to the most about coaching is getting to know the new divers over the course of the season and her favorite dive is a reverse flip.

Junior Coach - Jude Anttila Dotson
Meet Jude! This is Jude's third year on the dive team and his first year as a junior coach. He is most looking forward to meets this season and his favorite dive is a back flip.

Junior Coach - Ella Anttila Dotson
Meet Ella! 2024 will be Ella's 7th year on the Manor Woods swim and dive team and her first as junior dive coach. She is most looking forward to seeing new divers gain confidence as they progress throughout the season. Ella’s favorite dive on 1 meter is a front 1 1/2 with a full twist.

Visiting Head Coach - Jacob Udovich
Meet Jacob! Jacob dove for 13 years and this will be his 3rd year coaching for Manor Woods. His favorite thing about coaching is seeing how much the divers improve over the course of the season and his favorite (aspirational!) dive is a back 1 1/2 with a 1/2 twist.
Dive Coach Emeritus - Emily Reynolds
Meet Emily! Emily dove for 10 years and after 5 years coaching for Manor Woods, she is taking a break from coaching in 2024, but you may still see her on the pool deck!
