Hello Manor Woods Swim Team Families!

This Saturday Manor Woods will host the Division E divisional swim meet. All 6 teams in Division E will compete against each other in our final meet of the season. This is an exciting and fast swim meet! All swimmers are encouraged to attend even if they are not swimming to cheer the team on! The meet starts at 8am (one hour earlier than normal A dual meets!!)

Below should be all of the information you need for Saturday's divisional meet: Please note the post-team lunch has an RSVP and a deadline.

Line Up: A line up has been established. If you haven’t already done so, please check on-line (select Divisional Championship Meet under the 2026 Calendar) to see if and what your child is swimming (you must be logged into your account!) If your swimmer is scheduled to swim and CANNOT ATTEND, contact Coach Andrea & Coach Joey IMMEDIATELY at [email protected].

Also, if your child is swimming, make sure he or she initials the lineup that's hanging outside the guard shack.

ARRIVAL TIME: Plan to arrive by 6:30am. Manor Woods warm up will be from 6:45-7:05am. The meet starts at 8am.

PARKING AND NO DROP OFF: Our main parking lot will be reserved for volunteers from all 6 teams who have been given parking passes. There will be NO DROP OFF available. Please walk to the pool if you're within walking distance, or park on Bauer, Nadine, or Briarwood Terrace.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! We still need volunteers! We are in need of two parking attendants, clean-up crew, deck marshalls, and one more person to help with Friday night set-up and to pass out water in the second half of the meet. Sign Up Here. Thank you in advance!!

TEAM AREA: Manor Woods is team area #6 closest to the baby pool.

CONCESSIONS: Our Terrapin Café will be open and will offer Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches and other breakfast treats. They will also have coffee and other beverages available.

POST-MEET LUNCH: The team will gather for a post-meet celebration at Villa Maya. Make sure you RSVP here by tonight so we can give an accurate head count.

VOLUNTEER INFO: Thank you to all who have already volunteered for the meet! Timers should check in with Sarah and Julie upon arrival to Manor Woods.

The officials meeting will be held inside the clubhouse at 7:15am. The timers meeting will be held in front of the snack bar at 7:30am.

JOLYN Pop-Up: Jolyn swimsuits will have a pop-up store at the meet. They will be located in the baby pool area during the meet.

Division T Shirts - if you ordered a Division E t-shirt, a representative from Woodley Gardens Swim Team will be in the baby pool area.  Please see them to pick up your shirt.

We will send the meet program by Friday.
