Good evening, Manor Woods! 

Happy B Meet eve! That's right, the final B meet of the 2026 season is tomorrow. It looks like it will be a HOT one in the pool and on the deck. King Farm is planning on having making it great fun and providing ways to keep us all cool.

Please note the following CHANGES below. 

Heads up! This has become a multi-pool event, King Farm invited Aurora Hills to join in the B Meet fun. They are both smaller teams compared to MW, so this makes it more fun and provides swimmers an opportunity to swim in a B meet. This means we need to arrive slightly earlier than initially communicated for our team warm-up time.

Here are the UPDATED times:

4:30pm: Meet at MW for carpool/ caravan (this is NOT required, but our final chance to make an entrance).

4:40pm: Leave MW

5:00pm: ALL swimmers should arrive @ King Farm

5:15pm: MW warm-ups.

5:25pm: Officials Briefing

5:40pm: Timers Meeting

6:00pm: Meet begins!

King Farm Pool & Parking:

Pool Address is 300 Saddle Ridge Cir, Rockville, MD 20850

Pool Parking Lot - Thompson Dairy Way or you may park on any of the surrounding streets. Be mindful of street signs and driveways please. 

Manor Woods Team area:

Along the side fence where the mushroom fountain is. Please make sure you bring extra chairs and tents for your teams, as the KF pool deck does not get a ton of shade until later in the day. We will bring two team tents.

Concessions:

Will be open at the meet and we will have refreshments for all volunteers. KF will also have extra water on site for all to stay hydrated through the meet. KF will be selling hot dogs, hamburgers, noodles, and a ton of other snacks. The concessions take cash, Venmo or credit card, though cash is preferred.

Meet Theme: 

Wear your brightest yellow for the MW Rubber Duck Races theme week. Or we have been invited to join in on the King Farm Neon Beach/ Pool Party theme and wear neon/ bright colors. At half time, King Farm will allow ALL visitors a chance to jump in the pool for some relief from the heat, so pack your suit to get cooled off. PARENTS- As always, we need your help to keep swimmers and siblings out of the pool at other times. 

Apologies, the Meet program will be emailed out once it has been received from King Farm. 

Final note re: Thursday 7/16 Make Up Meet- if there is inclement weather tomorrow leading to cancelled events at the King Farm 5B Meet, we will hold a make up. Right now, there is 0% chance of precipitation, but we wanted to communicate how this would work. The make up is for MW swimmers with entries for those cancelled events only. This is to allow those MW swimmers a chance to complete their week 5B events. *If the weather holds, you will get your Thursday evening back.*
