B Relay Carnival Information for Sunday June 12, 2026 

Location: Hallowell Pool | 17721 Prince Philip Dr, Olney, MD 20832 

Schedule: 

7:40 MW Parking lot meet up- the caravan will leave by 0755am for Hallowell.

8:25-8:45 warm-ups - OM and MW 

8:45-8:55 timers and officials report 

8:55 star spangled banner and we start (before 9am, if possible) 

Parking:

• If you need a Handicap parking spot, they are available upon request by letting your Reps know to coordinate with Hallowell. 

We ask that you not drop swimmers off in the parking lot, as this will cause major traffic for those who are parking in the lot and for those driving on Prince Phillip. We are encouraged to carpool. Parking along Prince Phillip Drive is not allowed! You can park along Brimstone Academy, Buehler Road, Gatsby Terrace, or other side streets. 

Team Areas: 

Each team has an entrance into their grassy area. Look for a poster with your team’s name on it. There are very few chairs and tables available; we divided them equally between the four teams. Please bring your own chairs and tents if you would like.

Concessions: 

HA will serve breakfast sandwiches and then we may switch over to hamburgers and hot dogs (depending on the time). Candy, snacks, water, and Gatorade will also be available.

Volunteers: 

When you enter the pool, please find the MW team area and find Brigit or Lindsey to check in, so we know you have arrived and we can give you a name tag/ job badge.
Automation and ribbons are in the pavilion directly behind the pool. 

Officials should bring their own clipboards. 

Team Lane Assignments: 

The four teams will have the same lanes throughout the carnival: 

MW - lanes 1, 3 

OM - lanes 2, 4 

HA- - lanes 6, 8 

TA - lanes 5, 7 

Programs: 

I will send it out as soon as it is ready. Please print your own copies of the program.
