Hello Manor Woods Swim and Pre-team Families!

We hope all of your swimmers are loving summer swim! Swimming year round, with any amount of competitiveness, will have massive benefits for your child's development as a swimmer. If your child is interested in continuing swimming during the fall/winter/spring, there are many great options to consider.

We have many Manor Woods swimmers who swim at various programs in the area, and there are many programs and level options available. Below are some programs that either current Manor Woods swimmers participate with and/or are recommended by our coaches. Please note that some of these programs require registration, and some often go quickly. If you are interested in talking to any families who are currently in any of these programs, please reach out and we can try and connect you.

- Hydro-Sonic-Tiburones (TIBU) - A sponsor of Manor Woods Swim and Dive Team! Stroke clinics through competition groups are available. There is a junior development option which is a great introduction to year round swimming. Early bird registration is currently open until July 11th, and regular registration will begin after that.

- Rockville Montgomery Swim Club (RMSC) - RMSC has several different locations in Montgomery County and there is one in the City of Rockville. RMSC does require a tryout for many groups and registration for tryouts is currently happening. so don't delay if you are interested in that. These spots can fill quickly. (Go to the "Joining RMSC" tab on the website). OSC is the Olney Swim Center. The July 13 tryout registration is open now and closes July 11. The Tuesday July 21st tryout opens July 7 and closes July 19. At the Rockville Swim Center site, registration is open and closes on 7/19/26 or when all try-out spaces are filled.

-Montgomery Stroke and Turn - Sunday clinics. Requires registration and these go quickly. OSC is the Olney Swim Center location. Registration opens August 11th at 6:30am.

- FINS. - Seasonal and full year programs. They have several different levels of programs and they start as young as 3 years old. Registration is currently open.

-Tollefson Swimming - stroke clinic through competition groups. Registration for Team Toll tryouts is open and there is a final tryout on July 14.

-Swim Montgomery - Developmental program for kids 13 and under who have an interest in competitive swimming and want to build a foundation related to skills.

-Aspen Hill Club Aquatics -swim lessons through competitive clinics through the Aspen Hill Club
