Dear Manor Woods Swim & Dive Families,

We’re excited to invite you to our End‑of‑Season Banquet on Sunday, July 19th from 4–9 PM as we celebrate another fantastic season. Please read the full email for event details and some changes from last year.

RSVPs & Volunteer Jobs (via SwimTopia)
All RSVPs and job sign‑ups will be handled through SwimTopia this year. 

• Please RSVP for every family member attending, including siblings not on the team, grandparents, etc. 
• If you, or any family members will require a kosher or vegan meal please include the number of meals required in the comment section of your RSVP.

Banquet Schedule

• 4:00–5:00 PM – Pool open for swimming and socializing 
• ~5:15 PM – Event begins - starting with dinner!

Food & Menu 

We’re keeping things simple and stress‑free this year so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening—especially with our big senior class to celebrate! Instead of the general potluck we’ve done in the past, we’re focusing on a smaller list of items and asking families to sign up to bring one of the following:

• Chips 
• Watermelon or other fruit slices 
• Veggie tray 
• Dessert

We will once again have Mission BBQ as the main meal, serving pulled chicken, sliced brisket, and cornbread.

If the main entrée or the kosher/vegan option doesn’t work for your family, please feel free to bring an individual meal—we want everyone to enjoy dinner comfortably.

Kosher/Vegan Options
With Shouk now closed, we’re exploring new ideas for our kosher/vegan offering. If you are willing to help coordinate, please reach out to me (Kelsey Zgieb) directly. We’d truly appreciate the support.

Tent Setup & Senior Reserved Area 

• To celebrate our seniors, the front row of tent space will be reserved for seniors and their families, and team tents will be set up in that area.
• All other tent space will be first‑come, first‑served beginning at 4:00 PM. Please do not set up tents before 4:00 PM, as early tent placement makes it difficult for the setup crew to prepare the area and start the event on time.

RSVP Deadline 

• Please RSVP by 11:59 PM on July 12th.
