Dear Manor Woods Dive families,

This Sunday afternoon, we will travel to Merrimack Park to take on the Maniac Dive Team!

If your diver has not already signed their dive sheet or made arrangements with Coach Emily to do so - or their attendance status is otherwise unconfirmed - please reach out to me or Emily ASAP! You can reply to this email, text/call me on 202-704-5957 or text/call Emily on 240-839-2679.

On Sunday, here is the plan:

2:20pm: meet at Manor Woods to decorate cars

2:40pm: depart MW for Merrimack Park, 6400 Pyle Rd, Bethesda, MD 20817; the main entrance to the pool is reached at the bottom of Pyle Road, where it meets Kenhowe Drive. On foot, the pool is also accessible from the bottom of Callander Drive.

3:15pm: all MW divers 12 & under should be on deck (please note: this meet will split the halves between the 11-12s and the 13-14s)

3:30pm: MW warmups for divers 12 & under

4pm: meet begins, all divers should be at the pool to cheer on their teammates! 

5:30pm (approximate): first half of meet concludes, warmups for divers 13 & up

6pm (approximate): second half of meet begins with 13-14 girls

7:30 (approximate): meet concludes

The Merrimack Park snack bar should be open during the meet selling drinks, salads, sandwiches, and baked goods. There is also have an ice cream truck that makes frequent rounds.
