Hello Manor Woods Families,

This Saturday, July 4, is our third and final home "A" swim meet against Woodley Gardens! It is also our senior send-off at half-time...and a holiday...so we have a bright-and-early start time of 8am. Please set your alarms to be sure your swimmers arrive on time.

**Because of the 4th of July Festivities scheduled at the pool, the pool board has requested that everyone leave the pool grounds after the meet. The pool will re-open at 12:00pm. Members attending the swim meet may not reserve tables, other spaces, or leave tents sent up prior to 12:00pm.** Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Here is everything you need to know for Saturday morning:

Meet Schedule & Logistics

• Swimmer Arrival Time: 6:45 AM
• Manor Woods Warm-ups: 7:00 AM – 7:20 AM
• Officials Meeting: 7:20 AM (Inside the clubhouse)
• Timers Meeting: 7:30 AM (In front of the snack bar)
• Parking: Please leave the pool parking lot open for our visiting team. If you are within walking distance, please walk. Otherwise, you can park on Bauer, Nadine, or Briarwood Terrace.
• Concessions: The Terrapin Café will be open, serving up bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee, and other beverages!
• Senior Send Off: This will occur at half time, approximately around 9:00/9:15am (time may vary depending on the pace of the meet. We invite all Manor Woods swimmers, divers, and families to come down to the pool to celebrate and congratulate our seniors!

Meet Lineup

The preliminary lineup is officially set! Please complete the following steps:

1. Check the Lineup Online: Log into your account and view the 2026 Calendar. Select Meet Entry for the Week 4A/Woodley Gardens meet to see what your child is swimming. Please note: Lineups are subject to change.
2. Initial the Physical Copy: If your child is swimming, they must initial the physical lineup hanging outside the guard shack by tomorrow.
3. Absence Alert: If your swimmer is on the lineup but CANNOT ATTEND, please email Coach Andrea and Coach Joey IMMEDIATELY at mwswimcoac[email protected].

Even if your swimmer isn't on the lineup this weekend, we encourage everyone to come out and cheer on the team!

Volunteers Needed!

Thank you so much to everyone who has already stepped up to help. If you are volunteering, please check in with Sarah and Julie as soon as you arrive to the pool on Saturday.

We still need a few more spots filled for Saturday:

• (1) Person to help clean up after the meet
• (1) Person to help set-up the meet
• (1) Full-Meet Timer

Spirit Theme: Color Fun Run / Senior Send-Off

We will host a 1/4 mile fun run around the pool grounds. Wear white t-shirts and goggles/masks.

"A" RELAY CARNIVAL - SUNDAY

The preliminary lineup for the "A" Relay Carnival has been posted and shared. The meet starts at 9am at Tanterra, and Manor Woods warmups will be at 8:00am. We will provide all information on caravan meet-up and timing asap!
