Hello Manor Woods!

Here is information for tomorrow's B meet at the Olney Mill Swim Club.

MW Caravan: 

This week we will plan to caravan to Olney Mill. Parking is limited, so carpooling is strongly encouraged. Caravan is optional. If arriving separately from the team, please arrive no later than 5:10pm. 

Pool address: 3611 Briars Road, Brookeville, MD  

• 4:30pm- Meet at MW Parking lot
• 4:50pm- leave MW
• 5:10pm- arrive at Olney Mill
• 5:25pm- MW Warm Ups!

Parking: 

OM will open their lot to MW families. For overflow parking along Briars Road is allowed, but please do not block driveways. 

Please enter OM Pool via the gate from the parking lot (NOT the guardhouse) and head to the team area (straight back, past guardhouse to the grassy area to the left of the baby pool) on arrival and get ready for warm ups. 

Again, MW warm-ups will start at 5:25pm.

Volunteer Info:

5:35pm - Stroke and Turn Briefing

5:45pm - Timers Briefing

6:00pm - Meet will start, preceded by the National Anthem

• Please find Lindsey or Brigit to check in after arriving and helping your child/ children get ready for warm ups. 
• There will be a hospitality table with drinks and snacks for volunteers.

Food/ Dinner Planning:

Olney Mill will have concessions available during the meet. Unfortunately, no food truck this year, so please plan accordingly (and I apologize this is arriving to your inboxes so late!). 

We will send the program out ASAP tomorrow.
