Hello Manor Woods Families,

This Saturday, June 27, is our second home "A" swim meet against Tanterra! There is some light rain in the forecast, so, as a reminder, we swim rain or shine. (In the event of thunder or lightning, which is not forecasted for Saturday) we will follow the pool's safety protocols regarding delays.

Here is everything you need to know for Saturday morning: 

 Meet Schedule & Logistics

• Swimmer Arrival Time: 7:45 AM
• Manor Woods Warm-ups: 8:00 AM – 8:20 AM
• Officials Meeting: 8:20 AM (Inside the clubhouse)
• Timers Meeting: 8:30 AM (In front of the snack bar)
• Parking: Please leave the pool parking lot open for our visiting team. If you are within walking distance, please walk. Otherwise, you can park on Bauer, Nadine, or Briarwood Terrace.
• Concessions: The Terrapin Café will be open, serving up bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee, and other beverages!

Meet Lineup

The preliminary lineup is officially set! Please complete the following steps:

1. Check the Lineup Online: Log into your account and view the 2026 Calendar. Select Meet Entry for the Week 3A/Tanterra meet to see what your child is swimming. Please note: Lineups are subject to change.
2. Initial the Physical Copy: If your child is swimming, they must initial the physical lineup hanging outside the guard shack by tomorrow.
3. Absence Alert: If your swimmer is on the lineup but CANNOT ATTEND, please email Coach Andrea and Coach Joey IMMEDIATELY at [email protected].

Even if your swimmer isn't on the lineup this weekend, we encourage everyone to come out and cheer on the team!

Volunteers Needed!

Thank you so much to everyone who has already stepped up to help. If you are volunteering, please check in with Sarah and Julie as soon as you arrive to the pool on Saturday.

We still need a few more spots filled for Saturday:

• (1) Clubhouse Cleanup (after the meet)
• (1) Ribbon Writer
• (5) Full-Meet Timers
