Manor Woods Swim & Dive for a Cure: June 30th

Dear Manor Woods Families,

We are excited to announce our upcoming Swim and Dive for a Cure event! Please join us as we support those affected by cancer, both in our Manor Woods community and beyond.

Event Details

When: June 30th (during normal practice times)
What: Swimmers and divers will collect pledges per lap or dive (or via flat donations). Pledge form is attached.

How to Donate

We strongly encourage electronic donations to Blood Cancer United via this link: Donate Here

Important: Please ask donors to include the name of the swimmer/diver they are sponsoring in the “Your Message” section so we can ensure everyone gets proper credit.

Alternative Donations (American Cancer Society)

If you prefer to donate directly to the American Cancer Society, please provide your cash/check donation to Jack Tovornik or Avery Russ (or their parents). They will ensure these funds are added to our total event proceeds.

Important Dates & Collection

June 24: Jack and Avery will have a brief chat with swimmers/divers after morning practices to explain the event.
June 30: Swim/Dive-a-Thon during normal practice time
July 17: All pledges and donations are due.
Collection Options:
- Online: Preferred (use the link above).
- In-Person: Cash can be given to Jack Tovornik or Avery Russ (or parents).
- Meets: We will have a collection envelope available at the Week 5A and 5B meets.

Note: If you preordered a "Manor Woods Swim and Dive for a Cure" t-shirt, you will hear from Alison Russ separately regarding pickup.
