New Family Info for 1st B Meet this week (6/17)
Hello New Families!
We hope you have been having a great weekend! We wanted to reach out directly to make sure you are aware that the sign-ups are open on SwimTopia for the first B meet, which is this Wednesday, June 17th.
It is very important that swimmers are registered by the Monday, June 15th 11:59pm deadline. This is a hard deadline, and there is no late registration. So don't delay in registering your swimmer and do it soon! Remember to hit SAVE at the bottom of the page once you select their chosen and coach approved events.
Sign Up Reminders Below: PLEASE READ!
All Ages: 3 individual events (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) and 1 Individual Medley (IM) may be completed per week.The week begins on Saturday with the A Meet. If your child swam any events in the A meet this weekend- please ensure they are only signed up for the 3 & 1 total events for the week. Swimmers cannot repeat a stroke in a week (even if they were DQed).
10 & Under: If your child does not have a seed time for IM (Individual Medley), you (or preferably your swimmer) must ask a coach for permission to swim the IM. If there are any 10 and under swimmers signed up without a seed time, the coaches may choose to remove them.
8 & Under: If your child does not have a seed time for Breaststroke or Butterfly, you (or preferably your swimmer) must ask a coach for permission to swim that event. If there are any 8 and under swimmers who are signed up without a seed time, the coaches may chose to remove them.
Jobs: When you sign your swimmer up, please also see what jobs are available for the meet. We cannot run meets without our family volunteers! If you sign up and plans change, please notify us asap.
