Hi, Manor Woods Swim Team!

Time Trials are tomorrow, Saturday, June 6! The meet program is attached.

Don't forget—TODAY is the Paisano's Restaurant Night Fundraiser for the Manor Woods Swim and Dive Team! Simply mention the Manor Woods Swim and Dive Team, and a portion of your purchase will be donated back to the team.

Meet Schedule

• Meet Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Estimated End Time: Around 12:00 PM

Please refer to Coach Andrea and Joey's email from Wednesday for additional information for swimmers and families, especially those attending their first Manor Woods swim meet.

As a reminder, swimmers have been divided into two teams:

• Turtles (Green)
• Coconuts (Blue)

Team rosters can be found here and will be updated as needed. A printed copy will also be posted at the pool.

Warm-Up Times

Please have swimmers arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled warm-up time so they can get settled.

 Due to the large number of participants, we will have 3 warm up sessions:

1. Blue Team 10 and Unders (7:00-7:15)
2. Green Team 10 and Unders (7:15-7:30)
3. All 13 and Olders (7:30-7:45)

11–12 Age Group:

• Swimmers who are experienced and legal in all four strokes should warm up with the 13 & Olders.
• All other 11–12 swimmers should warm up with the 10 & Unders on their assigned Blue or Green team.
• If you or your swimmer is unsure which group is appropriate, please ask the coaches.

Warm-ups will be crowded and potentially confusing, so please arrive early to ensure your swimmer is ready and able to hear all instructions.

Last-Minute Absences

If your child is signed up but cannot attend at the last minute, please email [email protected] as soon as possible so we can notify the Clerk of Course, coaches, and timers.

Pool Setup

If you signed up to help with pool setup, please arrive by 6:15 AM.

Volunteer Check-In

Meet volunteers should check in near the tent by the clubhouse by 7:15 AM.

• Officials Briefing: 7:15 AM
• Timer Briefing: 7:40 AM

Swim Caps & Bag Tags

If you have not yet received your complimentary Manor Woods swim cap or bag tag, please see Julie or Sarah at the meet.

We will also be selling:

• Car magnets — $5
• Practice swim caps — $5
• Yard signs — $15

Cash or Venmo accepted.

Refreshments For Sale

The Terrapin Cafe (AKA the snack bar) will be open and breakfast sandwiches will be sold!

Break out all the blue and green, and get ready to cheer like crazy tomorrow!
