Hi, Manor Woods Swim Families!

A few updates and reminders as we start the second week of practice. As a reminder, please refer to our 2026 team calendar on Swimtopia for a list of and details on all events and activities throughout the season. 

Time Trials Registration

Please register for Time Trials by Wednesday, June 3. If your child cannot attend, please mark them as unavailable.

Having trouble with SwimTopia? We’ll review the registration process during the New Parent Meeting on Monday, June 1, at 8:00 PM via Zoom. We’re also happy to answer any questions you may have.

Time Trials Volunteer Jobs
We still need 7 timers for Time Trials. Please consider signing up! To volunteer, go to the Time Trials event on the schedule and click "Job Signup" (you must be logged in to SwimTopia first).

If you need help navigating the site or have never timed before, don’t worry—we’ll guide you through it. No experience is necessary.

Mark Your "A" Meet Availability

Please be sure to go into Swimtopia and mark your swimmers as either "Available" or "Unavilable" for all Saturday "A" meets. You can update these marks later if needed, but it's bet to get this done early.

Seasonal Volunteer Opportunities

The following positions are still available:

• High School Bonfire Chairperson
• Social event help: Volunteer Opportunities are open for both hands-on help as well as food and item contributions. Go to the team calendar and select an individual social activity (ice cream social, pancake breakfast, etc.) to see available jobs and to sign up. 
• Photographers: If you enjoy taking photos or have a camera you'd like to put to good use, we can always use additional photographers at dive meets, A meets, and B meets. If you're interested in helping with photography, please contact us directly.

Bag Tag, Yard Sign, and Swim Cap Pickup
Most swimmers have already picked up their team items. If you still need to do so, please email [email protected] to arrange pickup at Time Trials.

Team Items for Purchase
We still have a limited supply of magnets, swim caps, yard signs, and past-season team T-shirts available for purchase. These items will be available for sale at Time Trials.

Paisano's Pizza Fundraiser on Friday, June 5! 

Finally, Paisano's Rockville, one of our sponsors, is donating 20 percent of their sales back to our team all day on Friday, June 5. Forget cooking and order some pizzas for the family instead (yes, they deliver to the pool!). No other detals apply. See attached flyer for all details.
